Installation: 11-12 August 2026
Opening / Vernissage: 13 August 2026
Public Exhibition: 13-16 August 2026
Deinstallation: 16 August 2026 (18:30-21:00) or 17 August 2026 (09:00-16:00)

Important Deadlines

Application deadline: 1 July 2026
Early Bird deadline: 15 June 2026
Preliminary application response: within 7 days after submission
Selection announcement: 7 July 2026
Participation deposit deadline (40%): 15 July 2026
Final participation payment deadline: 10 August 2026
Artwork list deadline: 20 July 2026
Bio / artist statement deadline: 20 July 2026
Image submission deadline: 20 July 2026
Final installation plan submission: 1 August 2026
Artwork delivery / installation dates: 11-12 August 2026
Exhibition dates: 13-16 August 2026
Deinstallation / artwork pickup: 16 August 2026 (18:30-21:00) or 17 August 2026 (09:00-16:00)

Participation Packages

BASIC / STANDARD / PRO / SCULPTURE according to confirmed registration.

Additional services are optional and may be ordered separately.

Artwork Submission

Each artist must submit:

  1. artwork title
  2. year
  3. medium
  4. dimensions
  5. price
  6. edition, if applicable
  7. installation requirements
  8. high-resolution image

Submitted artworks must match the approved application.

Installation Rules

  1. works must be ready to hang
  2. works must stay within assigned space
  3. no unapproved additional works
  4. no unsafe installation
  5. no damage to venue walls or floor
  6. organizer may adjust placement
  7. large works require approval

Sculpture & Object Guidelines

Artists must provide:

  1. object dimensions
  2. weight
  3. floor space required
  4. pedestal requirements
  5. installation method
  6. safety notes

The artist is responsible for object stability.

Logistics

Artists are responsible for:

  1. packing
  2. delivery
  3. customs, if applicable
  4. insurance
  5. return shipping
  6. pick-up after exhibition

All packages must be labeled:

  1. Artist name
  2. Artwork title
  3. Phone
  4. Email
  5. Project: Awakening / Riga 2026

Sales Policy

artists set their own prices artworks may be for sale no commission if artist sells directly 10% commission may apply if organizer processes sale - если поехал сам Если не поехал сам -30% sold artworks must remain on view unless otherwise agreed

Insurance & Liability

The organizer is not responsible for uninsured artworks. Artists are responsible for: transport insurance artwork insurance damage during delivery damage during return unstable installation

Media & Promotion

By participating, artists allow the organizer to use submitted images and exhibition documentation for: social media press website catalogue / PDF promotional materials

Opening Event

Each participant may attend the opening event. Invitations are limited and may be distributed according to venue rules. Included venue bonus: 30 free vernissage invitations for the project additional invitations: 25 € each

Deinstallation

Artists must remove works during the assigned deinstallation time. Works not collected on time may be subject to additional storage or handling fees.
